Both types of effects split the signal into two parts and then combine them again after the signal passes through the unit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noelborthwick.com\/cakewalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Dual-Phaser.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-11732\" title=\"Dual-Phaser\" src=\"https:\/\/noelborthwick.com\/cakewalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Dual-Phaser.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"482\" height=\"157\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Phaser &#8211; When the audio passes through the unit the signal is flipped out of phase and then a LFO-controlled notch filter sweeps through this signal\u2019s frequency spectrum.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Chorus &#8211; One part of the signal is unaffected and the other is delayed anywhere from 20ms-50ms and then it\u2019s pitch is modulated by a Low Frequency Oscillator<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noelborthwick.com\/cakewalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Dual-Analog-Chorus.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-11733\" title=\"Dual-Analog Chorus\" src=\"https:\/\/noelborthwick.com\/cakewalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Dual-Analog-Chorus.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"479\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The included LFO on both units has Square, Sine, Triangle, and Sawtooth options for even more sound design options. Within the Chorus users have the ability to control each side of the stereo audio signal independently as well as change the different LFO rates.<\/p>\n<div>Check out the destruction done to a simple jazz drum loop.
